Growing In Christ Curriculum

May 2013

We've now entered into the season of Pentecost. God sent His Holy Spirit to enliven His Church and fill it with the life of Christ (Acts 2:1–21). Now, through Word and Sacrament, God gives us His Holy Spirit to create and sustain saving faith in Jesus.

As a family, ask your children to tell you about what happened at Pentecost. Ask them about when they received the Holy Spirit (in Baptism).

In your family devotions this week, take some time to review the Third Article of the catechism. We are so blessed to be filled with the Spirit of God!
